DOGFOOD REQUEST PROCESS
Getting Low, notify your Regional Coordinator of the dogfood you need to order. (You may use the attached form.)
Regional Coordinator will combine the Members requests and forward the totals to Jodie.
Jodie submits them to the Dogfood Coordinator at MARS, Inc., who submits them to Corporate Customer Service for donation.
Customer Service notifies Jodie of the dogfood availability at the warehouse.
Jodie notifies the Regional Contact to set up a pick up date within 7 days of the notification and provides the BL# that needs to be available when you pick up.
Team Picks up at the warehouse in a covered vehicle (no exceptions).
Please note that all eligible members in your region will be submitted at the same time.
Submission delays may occur if ordering near holidays or from others not ordering in a timely fashion.
